Eligibility for Refund
- The refund request must be made within 1 day from the date of the session.
- The session must have been paid for in full.
- The request must be accompanied by a valid reason for the refund.
Refund Process
- Contact our customer support team at 9971153201 and provide details of your refund request.
- Our team will review your request and assess its eligibility for a refund.
- If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method, and the amount refunded will be based on the pro-rata amount of the remaining unused sessions.
- Please allow 7 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- We will start the refund initiation after 2 days from the query date received
Exceptions
- Refund requests made after the specified timeframe.
- Refunds for sessions that have already been completed.
- Refunds due to a change of mind or personal preference.
